Our Professional Kickboxing photography Journey Started With Duel Fight Sports.
As mentioned before, DUEL FIGHT SPORTS was where it all started for peep and peep magazine, photographing professional Kick-Boxing here in Newcastle upon Tyne, fast forward about one year, and we became involved with professional kickboxing photography.
We reached out to a local fight promoter by the name of David Weild. Peep, did not reach out to any old promoter though, David Wield, was very well respected within the Kickboxing fraternity and at that time, was a top representative of WKO Kickboxing federation for the North East.
peep knew this would open a few doors for us, as we wanted to explore other options within Kickboxing, Muay Thai and K-1 Kickboxing. David Wield owned and promoted a hugely successful promotions event company called Duel Fight Sports, which was based in Walker, Newcastle at the NE1 Suite.
peep proposed to film and photograph the entire Duel Fight Sports event for a small fee in the hope of gaining a few subscribers and followers for our peep youtube channel whilst building a relationship with Kick-boxers and other fanatics of the sport. David Weild agreed, and we began to co-promote the ever popular Duel Fight Sports kickboxing events !
The first Duel show (Duel fights Sports 4) that peep got involved with was a mix of Boxing, Kickboxing and Mixed- Martial-Arts, this was the Duel Fight Sports way of mixing a lot of fight disciplines into one show. The fight show would attract people from all backgrounds who came to watch a ‘tear up’. The fights did vary in competitiveness and some of the fighters were more experienced than others , but this didn’t stop the fight action from the first bell. Duel Fight Sports has showcased fighters that have went on to achieve great things in other promotions such as Mick Terrel and Jamie Bates, both fighters have seen huge success with ‘Glory Kickboxing‘ and ‘Super Kombat Series‘
David Wield actually showcased the first bare knuckle boxing event here in Newcastle with the promotion company B BAD company now called . . . .

Professional Kickboxing Photography with Duel Fight Sports was the most creative combat sports events company in the entire North East of England. peep created all marketing material for all shows going forward. this including social media clips, posters, marketing videos and interviews promoting all DUEL Fight sports events. The fights were wild, exciting and unpredictable, just what every combat show needs to be. peep loved the company so much that we became partners with David Wield and prepared many more shows with this ambition. The most memorable Duel Fight Sports show that peep were involved with, where ‘Escape From Walker‘ and ‘DUEL Grand Prix’ both shows completely different and from two different creative marketing techniques.
